Easter & Baptism of Sarah

A very bust couple of weekends. We celebrated Easter at my parents and the next weekend we drove up to Moorhead for the baptism of one of our new nieces, Sarah.

Here is Mari's first time at a park swinging! She loved it. Of course I forgot my camera and had to use my camera phone so the pictures aren't that great, but I think you get the general idea.

What are you looking at?

Mari loves to have her picture taken now. She really hams it up. I can hardly believe that she's already six months old. She learns new "tricks" every day and is constantly moving and changing.

Mirror, Mirror on the Wall

Mari loves to look at herself in the mirror. Sometimes she even tries to share her Nuk with the cute baby in the mirror. She has kept not only herself entertained, but also her parents, grandparents and auntie!

Okay, so maybe she wasn't the greatest help, but she sure loved the new light fixture and of course, her lunch!

Bath Time is Fun Time!

Mari is now really starting to like taking a bath. I think it's because we stopped putting her in such a large tub, we started putting her in the sink. She was really hamming up the night of this bath!

Fun in the Snow

As you can see there is a lot of snow and we thought that we should see what Mari thought of it all. At first she was a little tenative, but then she LOVED it!

Chubby Time

I thought that Chubby deserved a little attention too. As you can see we had a huge snowfall and since we don't have any real yard to put it in it all piled up and was (thankfully it's starting to melt) about five feet. So Chubby got to be King of the Mountian!

So we finally figured out how to get the blog working again, so here are some updated pictures. Mari is now five months old and is doing some fun things. She loves to play in here exosauser, make a lot of noise, laugh and grab at Mommy's hair and face!

3rd Christmas

Our final Christmas was at Kurt and Jill's. We had a lot of fun. Both Kevin and Erik played tea party with Emma, it was so cute! A bunch of us played a few games of Dutch Blitz. Here Bonnie thought that she wouldn't be fast and I believe that she won quite a few rounds! All the kids had a great time and I think that we adults did too.

Christmas #2

Ryan, Jenn, Olivia, Levi, Annelise and Luke couldn't make it on Christmas Eve. Livie and Annie both had strep so we did another Christmas with them the Thursday after. On Friday the whole Nordlund clan went downtown to Macy's to see the Mary Poppins display. We had a lot of fun taking the train from Mall of America all the way there. We are so happy that the girls felt better so that they could make it.
